This study took into account 37 individuals who were provided with a pedometer and were requested to record their levels of happiness, overall well-being, and stress levels at the end of every day over 20 days. The recordings shoes that the ones who walked on campus were less stressed and had less blood flow into their brain a representation of relaxation and a peaceful state of mind, The others who walked along the highway were more stressed than they were before the experiment.
